Fredrick T. Burton, Jr., age 56 passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021 in Kosciusko Community Hospital of Warsaw, IN.
Fredrick was born the son of Fredrick and Carole (Butler) Burton Sr. on August 5, 1965 in Indianapolis, IN. He moved to Bourbon in 2020 and was a member of Cornerstone Church of Argos, IN. He graduated from Ben Davis High School of Indianapolis, IN in 1982. He married Yvonne Scott on January 27, 2018. He served in the United States Navy and served on the USS La Moure County LST-1194. He worked in drywall and construction, but also worked for Bourbon residents and donated the income to his church. He enjoyed fishing, television, woodworking, and wrestling in the amateur division as “Kenny Nash.” He was a loving and attentive husband and family man. He had a heart of gold and loved to help others.
Fredrick is survived by his wife, Yvonne; his daughters: Nichelle (Alan) Gradiz of Indianapolis, IN; Brittany Cooper of Indianapolis, IN; his sons: Fredrick Taylor Burton III of Indianapolis, IN; David Burton of Loveland, CO; Gary (Stephanie) Moore of El Paso, TX; William Burton of Angola, IN; James Burton of Pleasant Lake, IN; Nathan Burton of Indianapolis, IN; Mitchell Beach of Columbus, GA; Dominick Burton of Bourbon, IN; his sister, Carole Jennings of Indianapolis, IN; his half-brother, Frederick Burton, II of Indianapolis, IN; and his 16 grandchildren.
Fredrick is preceded in death by his parents.
