Nancy E. Young, 81

Nancy E. Young, age 81 of Plymouth, IN passed away in her home on December 28, 2021.

Nancy was born on December 9, 1940 to Theodore and Esther (Sutherland) Van Blaricom in Plymouth, IN. She graduated from Plymouth High School and worked at the Plymouth bus station and laundromat. She married Gus Young who preceded her in death on February 13, 2020. She also enjoyed being a homemaker and in her spare time she liked to visit antique stores, yard sales, and flea markets. She was also fond of word searches, coloring and sewing.

Nancy is survived by her son, Brian Young and his significant other, Carol Payne of Plymouth, IN; her sisters: Bonnie Jernstrom of Plymouth, IN; Donna Shively of South Bend, IN; Carolyn Staner of Culver, IN; her grandchildren: Samantha (partner Taylor) Young; Dakota Young of Plymouth, IN; Jessie Young of Ober, IN; Katlyn Young of Ober, IN; Sasha Young of Ober, IN; and several nieces and nephews.

Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Gus; her parents; her sister, Eldora Mann; and her brothers, David Van Blaricom and Raymond Van Blaricom.
