PHS Students Compete in BPA Regional Competition

Plymouth High School’s chapter of Business Professionals of America (BPA) traveled to the Warsaw Area Career Center for their regional competition on Saturday, December 4. The following students placed in their events and are moving on to the state conference:


In Advanced Accounting, Amber Schrameyer placed 1st. In Banking & Finance, 2nd place was Ivan Turcios, 3rd place was Amber Schrameyer, and 4th place was Logan Walters. The Economic Research Team consisting of James Dreibelbis and Anton Klotz placed 1st. In Personal Financial Management, Logan Walters placed 3rd. In Business Law & Ethics, Logan Walters placed 3rd, and in 5th place was Ana Slattery. Alexa Esquivel placed 1st in Graphic Design Promotion, and Perla Zanabria Solis was 2nd. Perla placed 1st in Interview Skills. Health Administration Leadership/Special Topics had Kayla Rios placing 1st in this event, and she also placed 5th in Health Admin. Procedures. Jack Yadon took 1st place in Advanced Interview Skills, and finally, Pedro Miranda received 1st place in Ethics & Professionalism.


The advisors for the Plymouth Chapter are Gene Skirvin and Shari Bloom. Next, BPA will compete at the state competition in March.
