**Update**Indiana State Police Investigating Officer-Involved Shooting in Marshall County

CULVER, IN - An update to Sunday Afternoon's officer-involved shooting involving a deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office in Culver, Indiana.

The deceased driver of the Chevrolet has been identified as Dylan Bush, 33 of Culver. Family has been notified.

This is an ongoing investigation and there is no other information to release currently. We will continue to follow for more information.
